Judith opened Corinium Canines in 2004, after completing a full-time training course at The London Academy of Dog Grooming, although she had been grooming her own dogs, and dogs for friends and family for many years before that. She is a member of The British Dog Groomers Association.

Judith has always been passionate about dogs and is involved in Welfare and Rescue in her spare time.  She currently has five dogs with which she has competed in various dog sports, both in the UK and Europe.

Her Standard Poodle, Molly has featured in various promotions, and her Staffie x Patterdale, Rigsby,  has been recorded for TV with a wide repertoire of tricks.  Her Australian Cattle Dog, Cookie, was  the youngest dog to win a HTM class in her first competition, despite being deaf.

Judith has personal experience of deaf and blind dogs, dogs with epilepsy, auto-immune diseases, skin conditions, and behavioural issues, and has just successfully completed a Diploma in Canine Massage Therapy, which gives her a greater understanding of muscular and skeletal problems, particularly those faced by older dogs.
